1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please take the following steps to protect your account:

- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
- Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
Maju369 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to comply with the security measures outlined above.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the maju369 platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct against the platform or other users
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Disrupting or damaging systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and maju369 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the maju369 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means.
Maju369 supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Wallet section of the platform. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.
The following applies to financial transactions on this platform:
- Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be cancelled once credited to your gaming account
- Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review before approval
- Maju369 reserves the right to temporarily withhold payments for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected
- Bonus and promotional credits are subject to specified wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting those requirements
- Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity will be frozen and balances may be forfeited

Users whose accounts are suspended on legitimate grounds may not be entitled to recover any associated balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the maju369 support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once the compliance review is complete.
